Email message and log notifications
Premium Feature
An option has been added to enable notification by email when receiving messages (private, alliance, system) and logs (combat, trade). Configurable on a per-character basis in the Options screen. Emails are disabled while logged in. In general notifications will be sent almost instantly (<one>38 in medium crime level clusters, 44->32 in low crime level clusters, unchanged for high and critical crime level clusters. http://www.pardus.at/index.php?section=manual_twop053

Vulcan: 225 hull capacity (+10), 425 armor (+20)

Chitin: 465 armor (+45), 40 size (-6)
Union ships Slider, El Padre, Chitin, Horpor, Scorpion each gain one additional crew seat.


Building combat

New non-combat modules:

- Shield Capacitor (max 1 per building)
Shield regeneration of installed modules is accelerated by 100%.
Costs: 1,475,000 credits, 220 energy, 85 metal, 130 electronics

- Type I Chronoton Cannon
10% chance of an attacker getting stunned (immobilized) for 60 seconds.
Example: If 10 type I chronoton cannons are present, there is a 1-0.9^10 (65.1%) chance an attacker will be stunned for 60 seconds or more, and a 0.1^10 (0.00000001%) chance the attacker will be stunned for exactly 600 seconds after one attack. If the attacker was already stunned from a previous attack, the time of the stun is refreshed with the new value if it is greater.
Costs: 1,950,000 credits, 40 energy, 35 metal, 75 radioactive cells, 200 battleweapon parts

- Type II Chronoton Cannon (MO only)
10% chance of an attacker losing 500 action points.
Example: If 10 type II chronoton cannons are present, there is a 1-0.9^10 (65.1%) chance an attacker will lose 500 APs or more, and a 0.1^10 (0.00000001%) chance the attacker will lose exactly 5000 APs after one attack.
Costs: 1,950,000 credits, 40 energy, 35 metal, 75 radioactive cells, 200 battleweapon parts

- EMP Cannon (MO only)
Inflicts 7 percentage points of damage to a random piece of equipment of an attacking ship. If more than one EMP Cannon is installed, all strike at the same random piece of equipment.
Costs: 2,150,000 credits, 105 energy, 90 heavy plastics, 105 radioactive cells, 160 battleweapon parts

- Offensive Teleporter (MO only)
50% chance of teleporting 3 tons of either drugs, stim chips or robots from an attacking ship into space (destroying the commodities).
Costs: 575,000 credits, 95 energy, 25 metal, 40 electronics, 25 heavy plastics, 95 optical components

Non-combat modules become inactive once no defending combat modules are left (and the building owner is not docked). Any subsequent attack damaging the building has a chance of destroying a non-combat module (in addition to dealing normal damage to the building's condition). The lower the building's condition, the higher the probability to destroy a non-combat module.


NPC
A new option is available in the Overview->Ship page to disable the collection of loot after defeating NPCs.

A Lucidi Squad has appeared outside of the Lucidi Military Outposts in Heze.
It is reachable by both free and Premium accounts.


EPS reputation

EPS members gain +40 to their faction's reputation value during war (daily).


UI
The PM tag ([ PM ]Name[/ PM ]) is now working in building and starbase welcome messages as well as in profiles and alliance descriptions.
Faction bounty notification messages now specify the type of the bounty.
The time remaining to the next starbase production tick has been added to the starbase overview.
The acronyms page was updated.
